Zambia
The Foundation in Partnership with Eden University in Lusaka, the Republic of Zambia seeks to establish a Pan African Institute within the University

The Kenya School of Law and the Foundation have enjoyed a long-term partnership. In 2024 the Foundation sponsored a trophy towards the 9th KSL Graduation ceremony to the sum of Kenya Shillings Twenty five thousand ( Say Kshs. 25,000/= Only).

Lukenya University, in collaboration with the Foundation, has established the Pan-African Institute on a 5-acre plot generously donated by the University’s leadership. The Pan-African Institutes are envisioned as hubs for advancing Pan-Africanism across all aspects of life, fostering a spirit of unity, cooperation, and shared humanity through the philosophy of ubuntu.

Pan-African Institute
The Pan-African Institute is a flagship project of the PLO Lumumba Foundation established to give young Africans a platform to learn about the continent, its culture, spirituality and struggles. The Pan African Institute was established in Eden University in the first quarter of 2023 and on the 9th day of September 2023, the institute (PAI) was launched in Lukenya University. The Pan African Institute in partnership with Lukenya University and Eden University has established a Pan African curricula and is ready to offer it in the universities. The owner of Lukenya University donated five (5) acres for the set-up of the Pan-African Institute in the University. The Foundation has a number of Lecturers who have volunteered and are ready to offer the course in these institutions.

Costa Rica
The Foundation is in partnership with the University of Earth to in Mercedes, Guácimo, Limón, Costa Rica Central America to publish a journal of Agricultural implementation in Africa.

Somaliland
The Unity University, a brainchild of the PLO Lumumba Foundation and the people of Somaliland has so far been successful with an uptake of One-thousand two hundred students (1200). The University’s first (1st) graduation was held on the 22nd day of December, 2024 with two hundred and seventy-eight (278) graduates.
