He is an editor and published author.He works as a freelance editor for the Oxford University Press (Kenya and Tanzania), Story Moja (Kenya), Wisdom Pillar Publishers, Wezesha Publishers and Mentor Publishing.He has also worked with Moran (E.A.) Publishers as a Kiswahili and English Editor.

Rachael is an advisor and trainer on career and social matters in the PLO AMP Mentorship Program.Rachael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the Barnabas Hindus University.She brings her experience as a Youth and Gender Officer at the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning, Kenya.

Emmanuel N. Anganzua is from Ghana he is representing PLO-Lumumba Foundation in Ghana. He is biologist, farmer and leader of Awanga Movement.
Country Coordinator (Tanzania)
Tumbu represents the PLO Lumumba Foundation in Tanzania.Ladislaus studied Leadership at Fredrich Ebert Stiffung. He is a Researcher at the Mwalimu Nyerere Professorial Chair in Pan African Studies. He is the Former Chairperson of the Student Teachers' Association at the University of Dar es Salaam, the Former Secretary General of the Red Cross Branch, University of Dar-es-Salaam Red Cross Branch and the Former Minister for Sports, Games and Culture at Dar-es-Salaam University Students Organization.Ladislaus sat in the Organising Committees of the 8th and 9th Mwalimu Nyerere Festivals.
Amos is in charge of administration and Coordination of various activities in the PLO –Lumumba Foundation.Amos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (English and Literature) from Kenyatta University. He is also trained on Cross-Cultural Communication by the Heinrich Foundation (Germany)He is the Former Deputy Secretary General of Education Students Organization (K.U.), Founder and Former Chairperson of The Icon of Integrity Club (K.U.) and the Former Vice Chairperson of the Orphans and Needy Students (K.U.).He won the K.U.S.A. Awards for Distinguished Leadership (2013) and Exemplary Deeds (2016).He is also a mentor in The Wings to Fly Scholarship Program (Equity Group Foundation). Amos is a Certified Peer Counselor and Mentor.

Beauty Kangbeh represents the PLO Lumumba Foundation in Liberia.Beauty is a former student leader of the Press Association and has been an intern at Chevron, Liberia Limited. She has represented public schools in Liberia on the National Consultation on the Importance of Girl Child Education.She is currently studying Information Science at Starz College of Science and Technology, Liberia.

Kabuye Twaha is from Uganda. He is representing PLO-Lumumba Foundation in Uganda. He holds LLB.hons (muk), BA.Educ.hons (MUK), Dip legal practice (LDC).He is a legal officer and board member Sub-Sahara conservation network, Kampala – Uganda. He is also an advocate trading with M/S Ruhinda & Co Advocates Kampala -Uganda. He mentor’s young people on Pan Africanism.
